Abstract

This research paper explores the effectiveness of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) approaches, particularly the NLP Meta-Model, in improving the interpersonal communication abilities of business school students. By addressing deletions, distortions and generalization in language, the study investigates how the NLP Meta-Model enhances communication clarity, empathy, and comprehension. The study shows how NLP may improve interpersonal communication. It shows how the NLP Meta-Model improves communication clarity, empathy, and comprehension. The research emphasizes challenging assumptions, avoiding oversimplification, and considering other views in communication.
