Abstract

Classroom management and behaviour management are the backbone of effective teaching learning environment. Classroom management as well as behaviour management of students is very essential task for current developing learning environment to make teaching learning process more effective and fruitful. It is very crucial to disclose the hidden skills and competencies of students through proper classroom management. The teachers play a great role to develop effective classroom management and management of students’ behaviour. The main objectives of this paper are to understand the necessity of classroom management, various strategies of classroom management and the effect of classroom management on students’ behaviour and the role of teacher in classroom management and behaviour management.
