The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of working mode on individuals’ mental health, specifically focusing on online and offline modes of work. The primary objective was to assess the effects of online work on sleep behaviour and anxiety levels. The study targeted two common health complaints: sleep deprivation and excessive health-related worries. Data were collected from two groups: individuals working in the Information Technology sector and those whose professions were unrelated to information technology. A sample of 62 residents from Pune participated in the study. Data was collected using two assessment tools, and statistical analysis, including Pearson’s correlational test and T-test, was performed.Metrics
