Tools used in the study were FOMO Scale, Rosenberg Self Esteem Scale, Mindfulness Awareness and Attention Scale, Work Effort Scale, Individual Performance Questionnaire, Perceived Stress Scale. The result shows a low negative correlation between stress and work effort, mindfulness and individual work performance. The correlation between stress and work effort is -0.171 (significant at 0.01 level), between stress and mindfulness is -0.171 (significant at 0.01 level) and between stress and effort is -0.018 (significant at 0.01 level). The results state that when stress increases, work effort, mindfulness and individual work performance decreases. ER -
