This paper explores the psychological implications of the digital classroom environment, examining the strain on educators, the effects on student well-being, and the need for comprehensive support systems. A holistic approach to mental health support in educational settings is proposed, emphasizing the integration of mental health resources and training within the digital education framework. This paper discusses for a comprehensive approach to supporting educator mental health in the digital age, emphasizing the need for proactive institutional support, targeted professional development, and the cultivation of resilience strategies. Ultimately, prioritizing the well-being of educators is essential not only for their individual health but also for fostering a positive and effective learning environment for students.
