Abstract

This scholarly article presents a conceptual framework for investigating career patterns among tribal students. Tribal communities often face unique socio-economic and cultural challenges that influence their career choices and opportunities. By synthesizing existing literature on career development, tribal studies, and educational psychology, this paper proposes a comprehensive framework that takes into account various factors affecting career trajectories among tribal students. The framework integrates cultural influences, socio-economic background, educational experiences, aspirations, and available opportunities to provide a holistic understanding of career patterns in tribal communities.
