Caregivers of individuals with autism often experience high levels of stress, anxiety, and burnout, which can impact their well-being and caregiving abilities. Mindfulness practices have shown promise in reducing caregiver stress and improving self-efficacy. This review aims to synthesize existing research on the relationship between mindfulness and self-efficacy among autism caregivers. A comprehensive search of major databases yielded studies that examined the effects of mindfulness interventions on self-efficacy and related outcomes among autism caregivers. The review highlights the benefits of mindfulness practices, including reduced stress and anxiety, improved self-efficacy, and enhanced caregiving abilities. The findings of this review suggest that mindfulness interventions may be a valuable addition to support services for autism caregivers. However, further research is needed to fully understand the potential benefits and limitations of mindfulness practices for this population. The review concludes with implications for practice, policy, and future research.Published
