Abstract

The Vedas include cosmological descriptions interpreted as early attempts to comprehend the universe. Science fiction frequently digs into cosmic themes, such as space travel and the nature of the cosmos, in the same way that psychology goes into cosmic awareness. In ancient Indian Vedic literature, advanced technology such as flying machines (vimanas) and formidable weapons find mention. These concepts have appeared in science fiction on occasion, as inspiration for advanced ancient civilizations and comprehending psychological growth and cognitive enhancement. Time and cyclical patterns, concept of reincarnation and the everlasting return, portrayed in science fiction, frequently exploring themes of time travel, parallel timelines, and the essence of existence, reflect some of the Vedic ideas. Especially in context of reincarnation, considered a science fiction and studied under obsolete parapsychology, has extensive research on cases of alleged rebirths all over the globe claiming to remember past lives. The Vedas emphasise the interdependence of all life and the universe’ unity. Through concepts such as the “Gaia hypothesis” and theories of collective consciousness, science fiction and psychology have addressed themes of interconnection. These nexuses of ancient wisdom and modern speculative fiction can be rich ground for exploring universal themes and stretching the limits of human imagination. Links between the ancient Vedas encoded knowledge and quantum physics in “VedaVerse: The Cosmic Codex” has been discovered. It demonstrates the concepts’ ongoing potential to inspire and challenge reality across eras and civilizations. This paper establishes the arbitrary line between the fictional concepts of the Vedas that have and can come to scientific reality.
