Spiritual intelligence (SI) plays a crucial role in an individual’s well-being, helping them understand and realize their true self. SI enables a person to comprehend the interconnected relationship between themselves and the world around them. It is an essential quality for employees to develop in order to achieve success in their lives. Employee performance and job satisfaction are important factors; however, many organizations tend to overlook them. Employees who are satisfied with their jobs are generally more motivated and productive, leading to better performance. On the other hand, high-performing employees who are dissatisfied with their roles may eventually burn out or seek employment elsewhere, negatively impacting retention rates and performance. There are various tools and techniques available for measuring employee performance and assessing job satisfaction levels. This paper defines two key terms: spiritual climate, which refers to the integration of an employee’s spirituality within the work environment, and presenteeism, which describes the active presence of an employee in the workplace, focusing on their mental and emotional engagement rather than just physical presence. This paper aims to examine various performance appraisal methods to explore the relationship between SI, employee performance, and job satisfaction. Our findings indicate that spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and a partial positive and significant impact on employee performance.Metrics
