Abstract

The present study intended to determine the prevalence of cyberbullying among Indian adolescents through a meta-analysis. On 25 April 2024, 467 articles were found using the search strategy “Cyberbullying in India” from Scopus, ERIC, and Google Scholar databases. Of these 467, 10 studies were included. To assess the heterogeneity of the studies, Cochran’s Q and I2statistics were used. The results shows that the pooled prevalence of cyberbullying among Indian adolescents was 19%. The heterogeneity observed in the included studies (I2=99.71%) reveals that the cyberbullying prevalence varies considerably among Indian adolescents.
