This research aims to investigate the intricate connection between attachment styles in romantic relationships and childhood experiences. The project will investigate the relationship between different attachment styles (secure, anxious, and avoidant) and the quality of early childhood experiences (parental care, family dynamics, and emotional support) using a mixed-methods approach. The study aims to clarify how early attachment experiences impact people’s attachment patterns in romantic relationships through the use of standardized questionnaires and qualitative interviews. The results of this study have important ramifications for our comprehension of adult attachment dynamics and could guide therapies meant to enhance relationship happiness and mental health.Metrics
