Social Economic Development of Women through Innovation in Learning

Abstract

The meaning of education is the search for truth, the search for the ultimate truth; innovation is a new idea, a new practice, that the new idea and new behavior of education will make the use of education simple, practical, interesting, functional and relevant. Creating is innovation. In modern times, there is a need for innovation in the education system for the social economic development of women, only then positive social economic development in women is possible. Innovation in the teaching method depends on the teachers. Innovative learning through teacher innovation by not changing the methods and method of teaching, girls can make them aware of their skills and talents. By using innovation in women’s education, the current value of the traditional education system has been changed according to the environment. Innovation in education can remove many evils of the Indian society by educating the women’s mind like: – Dowry system, female child abuse and harassment at workplace.
