Rap Music Listeners, Neuroticism, Stress and Flow among Students

The main objective of the study was to determine if there is a significant relationship between Rap music listeners, neuroticism, stress and flow among students. The sample consists of 100 students between age range of 13-25. Out of which 62 were males and 38 were females. The rap attitude and perception (RAP)scale was used to collect rap music listeners data, perceived stress questionnaire was used to measure stress, the Big Five Inventory personality scale was used to measure neuroticism and Flow state questionnaire (FSS) to measure flow state among students. A comprehensive statistical analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation and independent t test. According to the study findings, it was found that there was a negative correlation between the variables. And There was no significant gender difference found in terms of rap music listeners.Metrics
