The purpose of the study was to assess the relationship between Stress, Anxiety and Mental well-being among medical students and the difference between male and female in Stress, Anxiety, and Mental well-being. The result indicated that there is a significant relationship between the three variables Stress, Anxiety, and Mental well-being. There was a significant different in stress in male and female and no significant difference in Anxiety and Mental well-being in gender. Medical students are at a higher risk of experiencing Stress, Anxiety, and adverse effects on their mental well-being. The demanding curriculum, academic workload, and pressure to succeed significantly contribute to Stress among medical students. The negative impacts of Stress and Anxiety on cognitive performance, clinical skills, and empathy may lead to long-term consequences. Therefore, interventions such as mindfulness-based programs may help mitigate the adverse effects of Stress and Anxiety among medical students.Metrics
