The purpose of this study was to explore the extent to which parental involvement predicts psychological well-being in students with low vision. The participants were 210 students with low vision (aged 13-16 years) from four blocks of Kamrup District. The study used multistage sampling and standardized questionnaires to collect data on parental involvement and psychological well-being. The results indicated that there was a significant positive relationship between parental involvement and psychological well-being among students with low vision. However, parental involvement was not found to be a significant predictor of psychological well-being. The study recommends that schools and parents work collaboratively to enhance parental involvement and support the psychological well-being of students with low vision.Metrics
