The Attitude of millennial employees towards homosexuality varies across cultures and sectors. In order to understand the relationship between organizational culture and attitude of millennial employees towards homosexuality in the hospitality sector in India, two scales were used. The OCTAPACE profile, a 40-item instrument, given by Udai Pareek, was used to study organizational culture. Along with it, the Development of Attitudes Towards Homosexuality Scale for Indians, a 20-item scale, given by Kanika Ahuja, was used to understand the attitude of employees towards homosexuals. A total of 100 employees between the age of 18-39 from the hospitality industry were selected for the research through Convenient Sampling. To understand the relationship, correlation between each dimension of the OCTAPACE Profile and the total score of AHSI was calculated. Results indicated that cultures of various organizations of the hospitality sector do not have a strong relationship with the attitude of the employees towards homosexuality.Published
