The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between Machiavellian Personality and Job Performance in Sales Personnels. The study utilized a quantitative cross-sectional design using the Machiavellian Personality Scale (MPS) (Dahling et al., 2009) and the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ) (Koopmans et al., 2015), which was administered to participants as a paper pencil test. The results indicated a significantly higher level Machiavellianism results in better Job performance in sales Personnels.Metrics
