Modern era is well-known for its sudden shift in lifestyle which leads to “metabolic syndromes” or commonly known as “lifestyle disorders”. These disorders majorly affect the metabolic system of the body which gives birth to many physical as well as mental disorders. Due to its drastic encounter with the population, it becomes an eye-catching issue for many researchers and practitioners working in various fields. Life-style factors like diet, exercise, sleep, etc has been taken in consideration while providing a therapeutic intervention to an individual. Sedentary lifestyle is one of the most leading causes of metabolic syndromes.
