Argumentativeness and Personality Among Young Adults

The aim of this study was to examine the relation between argumentativeness and personality among young adults. The tool used to assess argumentativeness was Argumentativeness Scale (ARG) and the tool used to assess personality was Ten-Item Personality Inventory (TIPI). This study included 90 participants (45 males and 45 females) between the age range 18-26. The results of the study revealed that there is no significant relationship between argumentativeness and personality among young adults. There is no significant difference between argumentativeness and gender and there is no significant difference between personality types and argumentativeness.Metrics
