Abstract

The prevalence of digital devices has resulted in increased anxiety, stress, and other mental health issues among many individuals. Technological breakthroughs have advanced rapidly, although they have also generated much concern regarding their impact on women’s mental health. Digital detox programs have been designed to assist women with their specific challenges and needs, such as achieving a balance between professional and personal life, managing the stress associated with online appearance, and addressing online harassment. Some individuals perceive digital detox as a method for self-management and transformation through introspection, wherein they assume responsibility for their expectations and dangers while demonstrating self-discipline. To address the challenges associated with contemporary digital integration, effective programs instruct individuals on proper technology utilisation, foster resilience, and promote health enhancement. Addressing mental health challenges in the digital realm necessitates understanding individual requirements and the development of adaptable, enduring solutions.
