The current study examined the dark trait personality, sociosexuality and aggression among homosexuals, bisexuals and heterosexuals. It also investigated the relationships between the dark triad personality (psychopathy, Machiavellianism, and narcissism), socio-sexuality, and aggression. Furthermore, it explored the impact of dark triad personality on sociosexuality and aggression. The data consists of 80 individuals belonging to homosexual, bisexual, and heterosexual orientations and was collected using Google Forms. The study employed the Sociosexuality Orientation Inventory- Revised (SOI-R), the Short Dark Triad (SD3), and Buss-Perry Aggression scales to assess the variables of the study. Results revealed that bisexual subjects reported higher sociosexuality than homosexual and heterosexual subjects. Furthermore, the findings revealed a significant positive correlation between the psychopathy dimension of the Dark Triad personality and sociosexuality. All the three dimensions of the dark triad personality are correlated with aggression. On examining the impact, psychopathy of dark triad personality emerges as a predictor for socio-sexuality (b=.682, p<.05) while for aggression both psychopathy (b=1.525, p<.001) and Machiavellianism (b=.724, p<.05) act as predictors. The study’s implication is for sexual health education and the development of targeted interventions to improve the relationship and aggression level of individuals.Published
